The inventive folks at Mrs. Anderson’s Company have come up with a novel approach to forming perfect pie crusts from scratch: the Mrs. Anderson’s Pie Crust Bag. Simply place some pie dough into the clear-plastic zippered bag, and then roll out the dough into an even, near-perfect circle. No need for cutting! This helps keep hands clean and dough sanitary. A 14” pie crust accommodates a pie 10″ to 12.5″ in diameter.
