Baking a Cake in a Hemisphere Pan:
- Choose your favorite cake recipe
- Select a hemisphere baking dish
- Pour in the appropriate amount of batter (see chart)
- Place cake heating rod in the center of the pan
- Bake as instructed by recipe or until golden brown
- Check with fork or toothpick. Cake rod conducts heat in center of batter to prevent overcooked edges
