The Escali Rondo Bowl Scale is made from solid stainless steel with a removable 2-quart work bowl which can be used to weigh wet and dry ingredients accurately within 1/10 of an ounce. Setting the Escali Rondo to the dry setting measures baking ingredients—flour, sugar, and salt— or quantities of blueberries, almonds, and cococut using pounds + ounces or grams.
